VoiceSeal is the only platform combining all five layers of voice identity protection in a single closed-loop stack:

• Biometric Voice Enrollment — Voice artists register a cryptographically timestamped 256-dimensional biometric fingerprint of their voice using ECAPA-TDNN (Resemblyzer). This creates an irrefutable prior ownership record.
• Archive Enrollment — Voice artists upload existing recordings (catalogs, audiobooks, commercial work) and receive back invisibly watermarked files with a signed Provenance Certificate proving prior ownership before studio delivery.
• AI Clone Detection — Daily automated scanning across 15+ TTS platforms (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf, WellSaid, Resemble.ai, Descript, Azure TTS, Amazon Polly, Google TTS, Respeecher, and more) plus social media crawling across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Spotify, SoundCloud, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Automated Detection Alerts — When an enrolled voice is detected in AI-generated content, the artist receives an immediate alert with the platform name, source URL, confidence score, and actionable options including automated DMCA documentation.
• VoiceSeal Verified Marketplace — A public ethical AI voice marketplace where enrolled voice artists opt in to be discovered by creators generating AI audio. Creators check their audio for free; licensed use flows through the platform with Stripe payouts to artists.
• Pre-Synthesis Consent-Check API — TTS platforms call VoiceSeal before generating audio to verify biometric identity, consent status, and license scope. Returns a cryptographic token for approved synthesis or a hard block with DMCA trigger. This is VoiceSeal's primary patent claim and the only pre-synthesis consent gate available in the market.

How VoiceSeal Differs From Competitors

• AudioSeal / C2PA — Watermarking only. No biometric enrollment, no detection, no licensing. VoiceSeal includes all of these.
• Pindrop — Enterprise voice fraud detection (call centers). Does not serve independent voice artists or provide pre-synthesis consent gating.
• Resemble AI / Loti / Vermillio — Post-synthesis detection and takedown requests. VoiceSeal is the only platform with a pre-synthesis consent-check API that blocks unauthorized generation before it occurs.

Key Regulatory Context

• EU AI Act Article 50 (August 2, 2026) — Requires TTS platforms to embed machine-readable provenance markers in AI-generated audio. VoiceSeal's pre-synthesis API closes the gap Article 50 leaves open: the regulation proves content is AI-generated but not whose voice was used or whether consent existed. VoiceSeal connects biometric identity, consent, and provenance in a single verifiable chain.
• SAG-AFTRA 2025 IMA — Requires per-use written consent, usage reports, and separate consent per project. VoiceSeal's infrastructure provides the technical enforcement layer for these requirements.
• BIPA (Illinois) and state-level voice protection laws — VoiceSeal's consent flows are BIPA-compliant with versioned records, purpose scoping, and withdrawal workflows.

• Voice artists — Core protection features (enrollment, daily scanning, detection alerts) are free. Archive Enrollment available during beta period.
• Creators — Audio due diligence check is free. Verified Use Certificate is $4.99 (optional).
• Licensing marketplace — 15% platform fee on completed licenses. Artists receive 85% of license revenue via Stripe Connect.
• Developer / Platform API — Pre-synthesis consent-check API available for TTS platform integration. Developer tier in development.
