By accessing or using VoiceSeal (operated by Gooverio Labs, Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You retain full ownership of your voice identity. By enrolling your voice, you grant VoiceSeal a limited, revocable license to process your voice data solely for the purpose of protection, detection, and licensing management as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not enroll voice data that belongs to another person without their explicit written consent.
You may use VoiceSeal to: protect and monitor your own voice identity; issue licenses for legitimate use of your voice; generate revenue from authorized voice licensing. You may not use VoiceSeal to: harass, impersonate, or harm any individual; circumvent detection systems; or submit fraudulent takedown requests.
When you set licensing terms on your voice assets, VoiceSeal facilitates enforcement and payment collection. VoiceSeal retains a platform fee as disclosed on the pricing page. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for applicable taxes on earnings.
The VoiceSeal platform, including its underlying technology, USPTO patent filings, watermarking methods, and detection systems, is the exclusive property of Gooverio Labs, Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our technology.
VoiceSeal is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% detection of all unauthorized voice clones. Detection accuracy depends on audio quality, model versions, and platform accessibility. VoiceSeal is a protection tool, not a legal remedy. Consult legal counsel for enforcement actions.
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your biometric data is permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, except for injunctive relief related to intellectual property.
